As a producer and IP creator, I spent an inordinate amount of time searching and researching creative talent for various projects. I was often frustrated by how many individuals I was missing out on.’
As a founder, I couldn’t afford the high ticket prices of full-time hires or agencies, but I needed expertise to move forward.
As a business development exec at a creative agency, I saw the other side: spiralling costs, massive retainer fees, and slow timelines.
And as a freelancer, I was overwhelmed by the time-consuming task of marketing myself, going after leads while still on jobs and chasing down late payments.
Editoria Studio was born from experiencing all sides— the writer, the brand builder, the agency insider, the freelancer, and the strategist.
